TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A BRITISH NATIONALITY REPORT ORDERED ONLINE
You have requested an assessment of your prospects for British nationality and a detailed report of our
findings. This evaluation will consider the relevant history of you and your ancestors based on the
information you provide to us prior to the report's creation.
Scope of Report Our Nationality Report shall include:
- Details of any potential claims to British nationality or right of abode that we identify
- A Status Trace outlining your nationality history and that of relevant ancestors
- An overview of UK immigration alternatives to citizenship
- Analysis of the likely nationality position of your minor children, to the extent it relies on your
status - Our recommendation on the most promising course of action, if any is evident.
Client Obligations
By accepting this agreement, you declare that to the best of your knowledge, all information you provide
to us is accurate and complete, except where stated otherwise. If you do not supply requested additional
information within four weeks of payment, we will proceed based on reasonable assumptions in light of
our knowledge and experience.
You understand and accept that the report's conclusion may be positive or negative. Passportia does not
have a view on the likely outcome of your specific case. Historically, most reports have reached a negative
conclusion. Conclusions may be contingent on stated assumptions or incomplete information. Any
material additional information or corrections must be received in a single email within 4 weeks of the
report's completion for a complimentary updated report.
Fee
Our fee for the Nationality Report is £200.00 (including VAT for residents of the UK or Isle of Man). The
service shall not include i) searching records or obtaining evidence of events, ii) discussion or explanation
of a) events which happened (or did not happen) or b) laws affecting nationality, beyond what is stated in
the report, iii) preparation or submission of any application.
Additional fees may arise with an instruction to assess a family member, such as a minor child or sibling.
How to Make Payment
As quoted above, payment will need to be received by us prior to engagement. We accept
payment in pounds sterling by credit or debit card through Stripe or by bank transfer to our client bank
account which is as follows:
