Skilled Worker Sponsor License for a Company or other Organisation

A company or other type of organisation (such as an LLP) should qualify for a Skilled Worker Sponsor License provided that:

  • it is a genuine business and operates lawfully;
  • it has no adverse immigration compliance history;
  • it has personnel to meet its obligations as a Sponsor;
  • there is an existing genuine vacancy for which the Licence is required.

The application must include:

  • a breakdown of the organisational structure;
  • a description of the business activities;
  • a description of the first job and proposed employee;

  • completion of an online form.

Passportia will assess the business, prepare and submit an application for a Skilled Worker Sponsor License. This includes all work needed, including drafting of a letter of representation covering the points above. We will also provide guidance on compliance.

It is feasible for a small or young business to get a sponsor license quickly.

Fees for a Skilled Worker Sponsor License (excl. VAT)

£1,500 to £3,000 depending on the organisation

We recently applied for citizenship for our two children from South Africa. Jamal from Passportia was highly professional and so positive. From the outset he assured us that it was possible despite many other companies saying they could not help us. We are pleased to say that both children are now officially British citizens and I would definitely use Jamal and Passportia again despite the current exchange rate!
